Where can I find warranty details?

Flagship Toys does not offer a warranty program. Some manufacturers of the products we carry do offer a standard warranty with the purchase of their products. The domain https://www.flagshiptoys.com ,the Flagship Toys Logo, and the Flagship Toys Sailboat Icon is registered and owned by Flagship Toys LLC and the founder, Whitney R. Spann. Flagship Toys is USA tax law compliant. Flagship Toys does not currently operate a brick and mortar retail store. Flagship Toys' operation is solely represented in the e-commerce space at https://www.flagshiptoys.com and our social media channels. Flagship Toys is GDPR compliant.

We strive to sell our products at competitive prices. Prices are subject to change frequently due to the market. Does Flagship Toys have a mobile app?

You may visit the official website of the product’s manufacturer to learn about the existence of a recall and learn what actions you may need to take. Will Flagship Toys alert me if there is a recall?

We are only able to report about confirmed recalls or confirmed safety issues once we learn about them. In this case, we will include this information in our newsletter. It is important that customers opt-in to receiving our newsletter and marketing communications in order to receive this information. Manufactures are legally obligated to inform the public about known safety issues and recalls. We encourage our customers to visit product manufacturers websites for the latest details.
