Handling Time – Customers can expect their order to ship within two business days of order confirmation. Customers can expect their orders to arrive to their address within 2 to 15 business days once their order ships, with the exception of inclement weather.
Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to pass from the time you have placed your order with us. This allows our team enough time to review your order and prepare for shipment. Orders that are placed 24-48 hours before a major holiday (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Day) may not ship until after the holiday. This is at the discretion of our warehouses which have their own holiday policies. We are not able to speed up shipping. We advise customers to make their purchases in advance of major holidays to ensure their orders arrive as preferred. It is possible your order may ship or arrive on a holiday.
